RESPONSIBILITIES

Mr. Plumhoff is a Texas Certified Public Accountant who oversees the day to day accounting, banking, insurance, and technology functions for Quantum.  Mr. Plumhoff is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a thorough understanding of accounting principles and systems. He additionally has extensive knowledge of network infrastructures and accounting enterprise systems. 

 

Mr. Plumhoff served as President of CFMA (Construction Financial Managers Association) in Dallas/Fort Worth for two years and currently serves on multiple CFMA action committees.  Mr. Plumhoff is a CCIFP (Certified Construction Industry Financial Professional), holding this designation since 2009.

 

Mr. Plumhoff graduated from University of Arlington with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 1991 and became a CPA in 1992. 

 

Mr. Plumhoff has been married to his wonderful wife, Elizabeth, for 10 years and resides in the DFW area.  Together, they have two daughters and one son.

Quantum North America – Fort Worth, Texas

Chief Financial Officer / Owner – As a co-founder of Quantum, Charles manages all financial, accounting, insurance and technology operations for the company. Duties include overseeing strategic plans, operational budgets, financial operations and performance, insurance needs, hiring, training and management of the IT Department.

 

AUI Partners – Fort Worth, Texas

Partner / Chief Financial Officer – Charles manages all financial, accounting, bonding, banking, insurance, legal and technology operations. Duties include preparing strategic plans and operational budgets, overseeing preparation of monthly financial statements.  He also oversees the company insurance needs, including all type of property and casualty, and health.
